Cast in a 2 part process, FSF Bi-Metallic tiles are designed with a carbon steel frame, housing a wear resistant 850 BHN proprietary Chrome Iron insert. This allows underflow chutes to be lined with an ultra abrasion resistant tile vs alloy plate, increasing wear life up to 10 times conventional materials.
Custom designed to fit any chute, box or enclosure experiencing abnormal rates of wear, FSF tiles are engineered to out last anything on the market.
